Mitup Privacy Values

Mitup respects all aspects relating to the privacy of it's clients. All private information that is collected by Mitup will not be released to any other organisations, except to any legal requirements such as a subpoena. Information regarding a client will not be disclosed to a third party unless the individual gives Mitup consent, except where the third party is directly acting as a Mitup agent.

Why Do We Collect Your Information

Client information can be collected when you have applied for a user account, when you have either placed a project request or a teacher request or you are sending feedback to the Mitup administrator.

Ways We Collect Your Information

User Registration

Upon signing up, users are required to complete a registration form giving client information. This data will be later used as contact information for user created projects and requests.

Project Requests

When creating a project request, a Industry Client must enter the appropriate data relating to that project. This data will be used when viewing that perticular project request. Not all fields of data that are entered will be displayed on the project request.

Teacher Requests

When creating a teacher request, a Teacher Client must enter the appropriate data relating to their request. This data will be used when viewing that perticular teacher request. Not all fields of data that are entered will be displayed on the teacher request.

Security

Any personal information that Mitup collects is held with the strictest confidence. Mitup uses industry standards for the security and protection of information collected. Only authorised personal will have accesss to all aspects of the data to reduce data theft.

You have the right to access and alter personal data concerning yourself at any time.
